荷姿の凛とした佇まいや解体されてしまう儚さを
「植物が宿す生命感」と紐付けて表現しました。
Ni は梱包資材であるダンボールに特殊加⼯を施し
ベンチやテーブルなどの家具へと再構築したオブジェクトです
Ni is an interior object made from corrugated cardboard, a packaging material,
which is reconstructed into furniture such as benches and tables by applying special processing.
輸送される荷物が最終梱包された状態
「荷姿」から着想したインテリアオブジェクトです
荷姿の凛とした佇まいや
受け手に届いた後に解体されてしまう
儚さからインスピレーションを得ました
“Ni” is an interior object inspired by the “cargo form,” which is the final state in which packages are packed for transportation.
Inspired by the dignified appearance of “cargo” and its ephemeral nature, which is dismantled after it reaches the recipient.

軽さと強さの両立を目指して
航空産業の中で発達を見せたハニカム構造体。
この構造体を段ボール製造に活かすことで
生まれたペーパーハニカムは、
紙製でありながら圧倒的な強度と軽さを両立しています。
また上下方向の圧力に強く、
温度湿度変化等による反りに対しても強力な耐性を有しています。
ペーパーハニカムを応⽤し、アクリルを組み合わせることで、
耐久性とポータブル性の⾼いオブジェクトへと昇華しました。
The honeycomb structure was developed in the aviation industry to achieve both lightness and strength.
Paper honeycomb, which was created by utilizing this structure in corrugated fiberboard manufacturing, has both overwhelming strength and lightness despite being made of paper.
It is also resistant to vertical pressure and warping caused by changes in temperature and humidity.
By applying this paper honeycomb and combining it with acrylic, we have elevated it to a durable and portable object.
